Here’s your procedure for completing sales of digital picture matting:

1. You prepay for quantity of pictures to be matted, with payments ranging from one or more unique photos, currently set at $3 per unique photo to be matted. Completed work will not be delivered until payment is received.

2. You transfer pictures to be matted to us via upload using our upload utility at http://digitalphotoframetemplates.biz/Jamal/uploadmain.php. Once your pictures have been uploaded, send me an email at jdir@bhotechnologists.com identifying the file names of the photos you uploaded, and whether you would like a digital matted photo, award, plaque, or calendar. Provide as much detail as possible for what you have in mind. I will correspond via email to answer any questions and clarify what you want.

3. When photo matting has been completed, the finished pictures will be returned electronically to you. All payments are final, and cover the cost of processing and labor in producing the matted images. I will not return any long distance calls, so stick with email communication.

4. If you wish to convert hard copy photos to digital matted format, there will be an additional charge of $3 per photo added for the conversion process. Shipping and handling charges will also be added to the cost of any physical photos mailed or shipped to and from you.

5. Though we recognize the wide variety of photography that may be considered artistic or valuable to the owners of these images, it is our ongoing policy to refuse work that we may construe to be sexually explicit or inappropriate to the value of our own reputation. Please do not submit nude photos for inclusion in your request for matting work.
