One of my favorite walks with the American Volkssport Association is the Westport year round walk.  This one is a good walk to take when the spring and fall colors are at their prime.  This commemorative award celebrates one of the cherished areas of Kansas City MO, and the relaxed atmosphere that normally permeates the area.  Recent problems with the night life activities of some youth groups put a stain on the appeal of the area, but I still enjoy visiting during the daylight hours.  For a higher resolution look at the award, click on the image.  For more information about the AVA, and the activities they offer, go to http://www.ava.org/ and discover the beauty America has to offer.
