In the last few posts, I showed how we can match calendar compositions and matting for an interesting way to blend your photos into the landscape of your favorite room decor.  Though wood tones and counter tops are good starting points for considering photo accents, you can use other things like fabrics, wallpapers, carpet colors, or paint colors to create other ways to draw attention to your pictures.  In the examples below, I used a digital photo of a furnishing fabric to create the matting theme for a photo and calendar composition.
